Applied Mathematics Program


People and Departments Research Topics Graduate Program

The Applied Mathematics Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign fosters interdisciplinary research and education that involves mathematics, with a focus on mathematics and its applications in engineering and the sciences. The Applied Mathematics Program is being developed as an independent program that is given support by the participating individuals and their units. The program has an Advisory Committee that makes decisions about which directions of programmatic growth to support. The program is under development.
